Return Window & Condition
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags/packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) required.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@footnity.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if eligible.
- Securely package the item. We recommend an insured, trackable service.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items shipped by us.
- No restocking fee currently applies.
Exchanges (Free Size Exchange)
- We offer one free size exchange within 30 days where stock permits. Contact us for instructions.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and final-sale items.
- Certain hygiene items (e.g., socks) where packaging is opened.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer; processing can take a few days.
