Footnity (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and applicable provincial laws. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information.

  • Order & Payment: items purchased, order value, payment method (processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Engagement: pages viewed, time on site, referring URLs, interactions, wishlists, reviews.
  • Support: the information you provide when contacting us.

2. Purposes (PIPEDA Principles: Identifying Purposes & Consent)
