1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within Canada is 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or seasonal volume.


3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

  • Any duties, import taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email after the package is shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

    • Check with household members, neighbors, or building reception

    • Contact the local delivery carrier before contacting us at info@footnity.com


5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is accurate and complete.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

    • We can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

    • Refund the product price only (original shipping costs are non-refundable if charged)


6. International Orders from Canada

  • If you place an order to an address outside of Canada, your shipment may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, payable by the recipient.

  • Customs processing may extend delivery time.
