Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays process the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
- Standard (Canada Post / UPS / DHL): 5–12 business days, depending on destination.
- Express: 2–4 business days (if available in your area).
- Remote and rural areas may experience longer transit times.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Express options, when available, are calculated at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with household members and your local carrier before contacting us.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify it is correct.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price (less shipping where applicable).
International Orders
Orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties/taxes at destination, payable by the recipient.
