Refund & Return Policy

Return Window & Condition

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags/packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@footnity.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if eligible.
  3. Securely package the item. We recommend an insured, trackable service.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items shipped by us.
  • No restocking fee currently applies.

Exchanges (Free Size Exchange)

  • We offer one free size exchange within 30 days where stock permits. Contact us for instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final-sale items.
  • Certain hygiene items (e.g., socks) where packaging is opened.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer; processing can take a few days.
