Refund & Return Policy

At Footnity, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your item doesn’t fit or meet expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (shoes, box, tags)

A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date

Final-sale or gift card items cannot be returned
2. Free Size Exchange (Canada)
If the size doesn’t fit:

You may request one free size exchange per order within 30 days

We cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you

Just email us at info@footnity.com with:

Order number
-
Received size and the size you need instead

3. Refunds – Return to Our Fulfilment Center in Asia (China)
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

Contact us at info@footnity.com within 30 days of delivery

You will receive return instructions and the address of our fulfilment center in Asia (China)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost/untracked return shipments

Refunds are only issued once the item is physically received and approved
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund

In this case, all return or replacement shipping costs are covered by us
5. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance products

Gift cards
-
Worn, used, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing

Hygiene-related items (e.g., opened socks or insoles)
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after our confirmation:

Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing may take several days)

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Send an email to info@footnity.com with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange

You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions

Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email
